My Story
There are many healing arts. I vote for doing the one that works for you. Jin Shin Jyutsu is what works for me.

After working on TV and movie sets, 15-24 hours per day for 29 years, my body hit the wall. Even though I come from healthy, athletic stock and knew a lot about self-care, I had back and hip problems. My chiropractor and acupuncturist were both wonderful, but they couldn’t help me after a long drive and a night on the softest mattress known to man in Kingman, AZ.

I woke up in excruciating pain. My back had completely seized up and I couldn't walk. I was only halfway through my 14-hour trip from LA to Santa Fe. My chiropractor and acupuncturist were not there, but my JSJ books were. I had been studying JSJ for a year or so but had never thought to use it on my back. I was desperate. So, I took out my books and did every JSJ flow that I had annotated "good for back issues.” After two hours, I was able to walk a little. I slowly loaded up my car with luggage and got back on the road.
Stopping for gas two hours later, I realized I was no longer in pain, not even a little bit. I never went to my chiropractor, or my acupuncturist again.
When dealing with horrific trauma at the end of my mother's life it was Jin Shin Jyutsu that saved me.
When the daily trials and tribulations bowled me over, Jin Shin Jyutsu righted and centered me, so I could put one foot in front of the other and deal with everything.

When you make it to the other side of trauma, what got you there becomes very important, much more important than helping famous people become more rich and more famous.

When something saves your life, part of the journey is to share it back, to help others going through trauma.
My soul's evolution requires that I share my knowledge.
